Privacy and cookie statement Rave Safe B.V.

Through our webshop, privacy-sensitive data — or personal data — is processed. Rave Safe B.V. attaches great importance to careful handling of personal data. Personal data is therefore processed and secured with care by us.

In our processing we comply with privacy legislation requirements. This means among other things that we:

Your account

For certain parts of our webshop you must first register. You then have to provide information about yourself and choose a username. With this we create an account that you can log into with that username and a self-chosen password. For this we use your name and address details, billing address and email address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until you delete the account.

We keep this information so you don't have to fill it in repeatedly and so we can contact you in the context of executing the agreement. You can change information via your account whenever you want.

Processing your order

When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to handle it correctly. We may then pass your personal data to our delivery service to deliver the order to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.

For this we use your name and address details, billing address, email address and payment data. We have a legitimate interest in this. We keep this information until two years after your order has been completed. Certain customer data we keep longer due to the legal tax retention obligation.

Sharing with third parties

We work with certain companies that may receive the personal data mentioned above from us.

With the exception of these partners, we do not share your personal data with other companies or institutions under any conditions, except when we are legally obliged to do so (for example when the police request it on suspicion of a crime).

Posting reviews on the website

You can leave a review for us. We use the necessary personal data to publish the review on the website. For this we use your name and address details and email address. We need these because of the agreement we conclude with you. We keep this information for two years.

Contact form

With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. For this we use your name and address details and email address. We have a legitimate interest in this. We keep this information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily find the information for follow-up questions. This also allows us to improve our customer service.

We keep statistics about the use of our webshop.

Cookies

Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files in which we can store information so you don't have to fill it in repeatedly. But we can also see with them that you visit our website again.

When you visit our webshop for the first time, we display a notice with explanation about cookies. We then ask your permission for the use of these cookies.

You can disable the placement of cookies through your browser, but some parts of our webshop may then no longer work properly.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have concluded a processor agreement with Google. This contains strict agreements about what they may track. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We have Google anonymize IP addresses.

The security of personal data is of great importance to us. We ensure your data is well secured with us. We continuously adapt our security and pay close attention to possible risks.

We reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement. It is recommended to consult this privacy statement regularly so you stay informed of any changes. We will do our best to also announce important changes separately.

Access, modification and deletion of your data

If you have questions or want to know what personal data we have about you, you can always contact us. You have the following rights:
