Ordering in a few steps
Ordering at Rave Safe is easy. You choose your festival earplugs, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. There you fill in your (billing) details, choose a payment method and complete the order. By ordering you agree to our terms and conditions.
Prices and VAT
All prices on our website include VAT.
Payment methods
You pay securely via Mollie, our Payment Service Provider. Which payment options you see depends on your country and sometimes also your device or browser.
Belgium: Bancontact, Belfius Pay Button, KBC/CBC, Klarna and Apple Pay.
Netherlands: iDEAL | Wero, Klarna, card payment (credit card), Apple Pay and VVV Cadeaukaart.
Germany: Klarna, card payment (credit card) and Apple Pay.
Google Pay: where available you can pay with Google Pay via card payment. In checkout you choose card payment or credit card.

When is the amount charged?
The amount is charged when your order is placed.
Confirmation, shipping and returns
After completing your order you'll receive an email with your order confirmation. It usually arrives within minutes. Haven't received a confirmation? Also check your spam folder and otherwise contact us.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you'll receive an email with shipping information. In most cases you'll have your order the next working day (also on Saturday). Want to return? Once your return shipment arrives at our warehouse, we check the products. If everything is in order, you'll receive an email confirmation and we'll refund the purchase amount. For this, read our returns and exchanges. Create a return label via create return label.

Change or cancel order
Want to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. Once you've received the shipping confirmation, changing or cancelling is no longer possible. You can then use your right of withdrawal via the return process.
Use coupon code
Got a coupon code? You can enter it in the promotion code field during checkout. Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code — this sometimes happens when copying and pasting.
Safe shopping and privacy
We do everything we can to keep our webshop safe and prevent fraud. Payment data is processed in a secure payment environment via our Payment Service Provider and is not stored or processed by Rave Safe itself.
