Warranty & Repair
For all items you buy from us, the legal warranty applies. This means that a product must do what you can reasonably expect from it. Our festival earplugs are designed to last at least two years with normal use. Read the instructions carefully so you know how to keep the products clean, which extends the lifespan of your hearing protection.
Legal warranty
The legal warranty in Belgium isn't tied to a fixed term. This means you always have the right to a sound product, regardless of any stated warranty period. The warranty periods we mention (such as two years on our festival earplugs) concern a seller's warranty offered by us. This seller's warranty does not detract from the legal warranty.

Manufacturer's and seller's warranty
In addition to the legal warranty, we offer a two-year seller's warranty on all our festival earplugs. Is something not right with your product(s)? Let us know as soon as possible via {{supportEmail}}. To help you faster, you can include your order number and a clear photo. In most cases you don't need to send the products back. If that is necessary, we'll cover the shipping costs.
Once we've received your report, we'll get to work on the handling. We'll keep you informed in the meantime. Once it's decided that your products will be replaced free of charge, we'll send you a confirmation. After that you'll receive a new order confirmation by email. Normally you'll have the replacement products within two working days. With warranty replacement this process can sometimes take 1 to 2 days longer.

Wrongly delivered product
Has a wrong product been delivered? Report this within a week of delivery via our customer service. If applicable we'll ask you to return the products unused and unopened. You can use the same packaging in which you received the festival earplugs. Also check our policy on returns and exchanges.
