Returns are free, exchanges are always possible

You have the right to withdraw the agreement within 100 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you can notify us by email or via our customer service of your decision. To stay within the deadline, it's sufficient that you send your withdrawal before the 100 days have passed.

You can also create a return label directly via our return portal. That's usually the fastest route.

If you withdraw the agreement, you'll receive back all payments made up to that moment. We'll refund without delay and at the latest within 14 days after we've been informed of your decision to withdraw. We'll refund using the same payment method as you used for the original transaction, unless we agree something else together. No costs are charged for the refund.

If you only return part of your order, any delivery costs will not be refunded.

We may wait with refunding until we've received the goods back or until you've demonstrated that you've returned the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, and in any case no later than 100 days after the day on which you informed us that you wish to withdraw. You're on time if you return the goods before the 100-day period has passed. The direct costs of returning the goods are at our expense.

The return address and shipping label you receive automatically when creating your return via our return portal.

You're only liable for any reduction in value of the goods if the use exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation. The hygiene exception remains applicable: earplugs whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned.

Want to return your products? Register your return easily via our return portal. Use your Track & Trace code in combination with your postcode to log in. Then you can create your return shipment and drop the parcel off at a post office or Colissimo pickup point.

Tip: put your order number in the packaging (for example on a note). Then we can process your return faster.

Want to exchange for another product? That's possible. If you exchange for a cheaper product, we refund the difference. If you choose a more expensive product, you receive a payment link or invoice for the remainder, or we work with a discount code that offsets the previously paid amount.

Tip: preferably use the original packaging to send back your products. A similar sturdy envelope also works fine. Colissimo has maximum sizes for letterbox parcels.

Once we've received your return, we'll get to work for you immediately. Often your refund is initiated the next working day. In our terms we use as a guideline that processing can take up to a few working days.

Have you registered your return but ultimately don't send anything? Let us know. If we don't receive the products within 14 days of your registration, we assume you've changed your mind.

You can also use the European model withdrawal form to inform us that you're withdrawing from the purchase. Use of this form isn't mandatory.
